WILL I HAVE THE SAME ASSISTANT?

You will have the service every normal business day. When your assistant books their holiday, they will consult you beforehand so they avoid missing peak times for your business. While they are away, another assistant will cover them.

How does my Fyxer pay for things?

We store all of your information through an online volt which gives them access without viewing any passwords.

 

How do you deal with Physical tasks?
We have a team across London, as well as local partners in major cities, who can perform in-person tasks if required.  
Meeting my Fyxer?

You will meet with your Fyxer at the beginning of the engagement. You can continually meet with them face to face.

What happens when my Fyxer is away?

You will have the service every normal business day. When your delegated assistant does book their holiday they will consult you before so they can avoid missing peak times for your business. While they are away another assistant will cover them.
